Review: I took my vehicle to the dealership to have a part in my dash board fixed. After a week I went check on it because they have not called me to inform me it was ready. When I showed up to check, the services manager told me they cracked the dashboard. He said when they took it off everything was fine, but when they went to put it back on is when the crack occurred. They told me I had to buy a new dashboard and they would wave the installation fee. They refused to buy the part and told me it was considered collateral damage. They said a new dashboard would cost me 387 dollars on top of the 575 dollars I paid for them to replace the initial problem. I do feel they are responsible to fix my vehicle. I gave them it to them to do service expecting to receive it back in a better condition then I gave it.Desired Settlement: I want them to buy a new dashboard and replace it at no extra cost to me.
Review: After price negotiation that was accepted by AJ Dohmann, I gave AJ Dohmann a $500 deposit to hold a 2015 Challenger SRT until I could see make it into town to see it. I discovered a seat issue that needed to be resolved which delayed my trip to see the car by 1 week. Within that week, my company told me I had to relocate. I asked for my deposit to be refunded. It has been 7 days and no refund.
I was given no paperwork or was never told the deposit was not refundable. The owner, Joey Dohmann, supposedly has my paperwork, but has refused to return my call.
IDesired Settlement: Refund my $500 to my credit card
Review: My 13 month old Cadillac began making a noise which was determined to be tire related. Dealership determined new tires were needed at 22,000 miles. Cadillac was notified and agreed to pay labor costs and the cost of half the tires. Michelin was also contacted and agreed to pay 55% of the cost. We were told to put up $500 until the Michelin rebate came in. Michelin is now advising that dealership did not send in a prior authorization code and that the rebate is essentially frozen until the information is submitted. Dealership is refusing to do so. Owner of said business told me I was just out of the money after his son insisted that the Micheliin rebate would cover the $500 we were forced to put out. I dealt with the son of the owner, who is the service manager. The owner told me his (the owner's word) is final.Desired Settlement: I would like the prior authorization code sent to Michelin so that they can determine if the tires are rebate eligible. If that is not possible, I would like the tires shipped back to me, at no expense to me. I want some type of permanent record of this complaint to be attached toAJD[redacted]s information with the Revdex.com.
