Airtron seems to be a good company. However the hiring process needs to be looked at a lot closer. The customers may not appreciate a convicted felon and drug transporter (Kendrick Ransome )with two federal prison sentences coming in and out of their homes. The professional training acquired was done through work details at a federal prison camp.

AirTron is beyond unacceptable and ridiculous...they need to be put out of business...they do not take customer service seriously
Back in November December I started having issues with my heat. The home purchased was brand new. I first noticed the heat would be set on 72 but would be in the high 50s upon waking in the morning or returning home from work in the evening. In January I received a letter from a neighbor stating they had issues and gave instructions on how to rectify it. One of those things being to call AirTron. Well here it is February and they have been out 3 times to "fix my heat" yet im still with issues. This morning I woke and my heat was 58 upstairs and 61 downstairs...raised the heat to the 80s upon leaving for work this morning..came home and its 57 throughout the entire house. Called aitron at 6 they called back saying they would have someone come out. 645 aime Mexican guy walks into my home goes right upstairs like he lives there, no questions asked.messes around in the attic 30 min comes downstairs gives a *** explanation saying there shouldn't be any more issues...the same explanation ive been given the last 3 weeks in a row someone has come to "fix it" ..says he set it on 71 he may have to order a piece but I should be good. 20 minutes after the *** leaves my heat goes back down from 71 to 63. Then he doesn't even write a ticket..the *** just gets in his truck and leaves...along with a mess he made in my daughter's room that his *** doesn't even attempt to clean up.I have 3 kids and all im trying to do is make sure theyre safe and secure. I called back when the heat started dying out...mind you its around 7:45/8. I have called 6 times and each time these *** have told me theyre sending someone out immediately and I should have a tech contact me within 45 minutes...guess what...NO ONE has called...its snowing outside, 32 degrees 63 in my home and heat is trending down. Instead of just telling me they cant help me they keep feeding me bs and telling me to call back in 45 min if no one contacts me. I am absolutely BEYOND *** and will make my message heard. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being the fact the roads are treacherous there's no where I can go so now im stuck in this cold *** house dealing with is who keep trying to play games...well game on...theyve found the right one to play games with. I dont play when it comes to my kids and I b damned if they suufer because an incompetent company doesn't know what it means to be professional and do what they say. Im fed the *** up
