Review: We contacted [redacted] at Airtide H.V.A.C Corp.in May 2013, to evaluate the A/C system and why the office was not cooling effectively.[redacted] evaluated and recomended what was need to be done which would result in a stronger and cooler air flow to the front part of the office. We did not get a final estimated cost or sign any form of agreement. He did not speak with me and proceeded to do the work yet sent me an outrageos bill of $1080..00 which in good faith I paid $480.00 My air conditioning problem has not changed. I refuse to pay for services not rendered in full.Desired Settlement: I refuse to pay for services not consented or rendered in full.
