First of all, if there would be a rating for a "zero" star, I would have given that for Airroot. They dont even deserve the 1 star that I had to choose.
We had bought a new house and prior to moving in, I wanted the air ducts/vents cleaned, as both myself and my older son have asthma.
I contacted the business on September 9, 2018, to inquire and schedule for a deep cleaning for the entire 2 furnace house. I spoke to Jerry, who identified himself as the owner for the business. He scheduled the job for September 15, 2018 for 8 am for a price of $395 per furnace.
On September 14, I got 4 calls from the business to postpone the job for September 17, 2018. When I explained to them that we have our entire house move scheduled based upon the timing of cleaning the vents, they agreed to keep the job for September 15, but changed the time to 10 am, which was acceptable to me.
On September 15, at 8:30 am, I got a call from Kevin, from the business, informing me that the job is cancelled, and no particular reason was given to me. I explained to Kevin about our situation, but rather than sympathizing and trying to accommodate, he was extremely rude and unprofessional in taking care of the situation. When I tried to have a meaningful conversation with him, all he had to say was "I got to go", and he hung up the phone on me.
Now, even if, Airroot is the best company in the world in cleaning the ducts, I would never hire them. The attitude that Kevin had, tells me that this company DOES NOT care about their customers at all.
There are other businesses doing better jobs, and who actually care for their customers and their satisfaction and want to grow.
