I had booked an expensive shuttle from Phoenix to Globe AZ in late Oct through this company and had to change due to an airline change. I called the number given to me and cancelled 24 hrs ahead of the shuttle. Operator told me that he would take care of cancellation. No refund came. I can't find a phone number to deal with this and reply to email was that I didn't cancel the ride using their online form. There are lots of other ride options in Phoenix - don't book through these guys - they ripped me off.
