I would like to bring the following issue to your attentionI have been victimized by Baker Nissan dealership and I have been getting the runarounds from Nissan Corporation - Consumer Affairs department. I purchased a brand new Nissan Altima SV with only miles on itSince I have had the vehicle it has given me several major problems/issues such as two transmission replacements, AC Compressor system was just replaced, display screen in vehicle turned completely pink, the panels underneath the car came off, and other numerous issues that have already been documented by the dealership since they were recalls and so forthJust to reiterate my car only had miles on it at the time of purchaseNow it has approximately 63, miles on it nowI really feel like a brand new vehicle should not have any of these major issues unless it was poorly manufactured, which the dealership or corporation has not owned up too yetI am so fed up with dealing with the dealership and getting the run arounds from the corporation that I feel like I may have to take legal action if this issue is not resolved in a timely mannerI recently asked the corporation to look into repurchasing the vehicle and they informed me that the paperwork process will take up to business days and they will need to request all the service repairs documentation from the dealerships that I have visitedI just want to have reliable and safe transportation which is why I purchased a brand new vehicle instead of a used oneNeedless to say, its hard to make car payments and not have your car function properlyEspecially in my instance since I am a college student and working full time to make ends meetThank you very much for your helpRegards, [redacted]
DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIPTHEY LIED TO US FROM BEGINNING TO END especially *** *** and finance managerA month and a half ago we purchased a Nissan SentraMy husband signed all the paperwork (contract) which I have I kept calling that we needed our license plates and account number from bank so I was able to make paymentsThey kept giving us the run aroundThen yesterday we get a call that the bank changed their minds on financing us and we needed a cosignerThis is after we had already had the car almost monthsWe told them we didn't have a cosigner and we had signed a contract with our purchaseWell a tow truck came to my house yesterday to pick up the carWe have gotten a lawyer and this will be handled accordinglyWhat this dealership did to us is so wrong on every level I've called every manager there and nobody can help us
After getting my Catalytic Converter replaced I received my car with a huge gash/melted line down my dashboardI contacted the manager and have called for over months without a replyThey only respond that they will look into the issue and call back
On Friday August 5, 2016, Sammy V*** (Sales Consultant at Baker Nissan) sent me pictures of the interior of a *** *** I was interested in Subsequently after sending the pictures, I called Sammy and we discussed the terms and price of a deal to purchase the vehicle After informing Sammy of the terms that I would agree to, he informed me that his sales manager (Shawn K***) would be open to further discussion of these terms if the car was not sold by PM of Saturday August 6,
On Saturday August 6, 2016, shortly after PM, Sammy V*** called me and left a voicemail, indicating that he had "very good news" for me Upon returning the phone call, Sammy informed me that the vehicle had not yet sold and Shawn had made a counter-offer for $16,out-the-door After about an hour of discussion, I agreed to Shawn's counter-offer of $16,out-the-door, not including shipping After accepting Shawn's offer, Sammy and I further discussed arrangements to have the veh
I went to Baker Nissan Service on October 7, around PM to get my oil changedWhile I was there waiting for my car I went to the sales department and spoke to Victor ***He was the same person that had sold me the car that I had at the time that was getting the oil changeI was telling him about the car that was getting the oil change and I told him about a pain that I was having on my left armI thought that it was just me having the pain and something was wrong with me but I had my daughter test drive the car to see if it might be the car seat that was off, and sure enough it was because she started to feel the same pain that I was So before I came for this oil change I went for one previously and told them about the seat so they fixed some support that was making the seat unevenAfter that I was still having issues with the seat, it was still hurting my carAt that point Victor asked me why don’t I do an upgradeHe then proceeded to show me some Murano’s, and I c
SCAM !!
Nissan called my husband to offer a car etcwent in on Sept 10th to see a Sentra but I wanted a Versa insteadNissan always calls since we have a lease that ends in February They were so desperate to make a sell that they offered to take care of our lease (remaining balance); sounded like a good deal but told the sales guy we were over in our mileage due to the lease termsHe then went back and forth with his manager and finally offered to pay the balance off on milesSo then I was still not sure since I did not like the basic Versa I test droveTold the sales guy; then he said there was an upgraded version but it was about $3,more than the basic oneI told them, let me go home and think about itAt that point one of the managers came and said "what if I give you everything the sales guy said he offered and upgrade the Versa for the same price?" That sounded like an awesome deal, but of course before making a purchase we told them we would think about itThey insisted we would get the color I wanted and it would be towed from DallasWe went in to get paper work ready, ran credit and put some money downThat night we left in a loaner while we waited for the actual carWe went back on Thursday Sept 13th to finalize everything and the car that was towed had over milesMy husband looked at the paperwork and seemed way offWith the $3,down our entire balance was almost $34,Keep in mind credit is not an issue here at allGave us a higher APR (6.90%) than the previous dealership where we bought a Cadillac with a (4.3%) APRWe asked why was it so much but everyone was supposedly cluelessThey said GAP was required, maintenance for years and extended warranty for an extra yearWe then told the guy we did not need any of that except the GAPStill balance was way offWe asked for total price before interest, taxes, title and all the extra stuffThey tried to sell me a Versa that was originally close to $19,to almost $26,We asked why and no one knew until I decided to not go through the dealOne of the managers was so unprofessional and started arguing with my husband and even calling him "bro" also started throwing at us that he did not charge us for towing, rims, tint etcWe told him, that is not what we agreed on, we still wanted to know why the balance is higherHe finally got fed up and said " well, we had to add the remaining balance of the lease somewhere"By then we told him nevermind but instead started arguing and told us "get an attorney involved or whoever you want but you already signed some paperwork, how am I going to look with my manager explaining we have an extra car now?"I insisted, its not what we agreed on so we left***(Keep in mind that the sales guy and my husband were texting back and forth during the deal)We had just made my payment for our lease and asked him where that money was going and he replied "The payment you did went towards the Altima and reduced your lease balance, so the balance we are paying off includes your last pmt."
Another manager named Mike approached us and told us he would check out our caseThe next day we called corporate and they opened up a case, they were trying to be helpful but insisted the general manager had the last word but was out of townMike called my husband and had a different dealHe took everything off (Gap, extended warranty, maintenance) and gave us a (2.90%) APR and also offered to give us back my down paymentTotal balance was brought down to almost $30,Yet, still they were charging me for the lease $5,He said "the sales guy worded it wrong"My husband just walked out and left, we were down car for days until Nissan decided to back down from the deal and gave us our lease backOnly messed up part about this is that they ran my creditI will NEVER do business with them againWord of advice, read everythingI wonder how many people they actually get to scam !!!

Never written a review on a company before. In the last year it seemed like each of the 3 or 4 times I bought Argon for my small business the price had gone up drastically. My last purchase in 9/16/15 for AR 80 argon was $97.43 Inv.#**SSN** was the last straw. Hazmat charge of $9.75? Mentioned to counter person that I understand prices go up but about 50% in a year? Got and answer like that's the way it is.
I decided to ask around and was directed to another supplier and used their services 2/4/16. For the same AR 80 Argon tank filled to the same pressure the invoice Can to $ 31.80 , hazmat $1.95. Total $ 35.74 with sales tax. I feel like I have been ripped off or I would not be writing this review.
Read some of the employee reviews on Airgas looking for and area to write a review on my experience with the increases.
Now I understand that employees are voicing concern over the same issues.
On a positive not,e thanks to Airgas I found a better supplier with a great inventory and cheaper prices.
I hope other small business read this and with the aid of the computer seek out other small business for their needs.
Sincerely,
S.D.
Review: I asked air as to repair my welder.
Took it home and it hasn't been repaired.
I was told they fixed it.Desired Settlement: I want them to verify that it does not work.
Refund my money.
Attempt to diagnose again the issue while I'm present.
If they regain my trust I'll let them repair my welder.
If I feel they want to keep my machine for another three months and
Still not have it ready like befor Forget it. I'll take my money else where.
Business
Response:
We are looking into this complaint. I was on vacation and my team was not able to open the document. I have forwarded to our branch manager for review. We contract out the repairs on our welding machines so we will research this issue and work to rectify the problem.
Thank you, [redacted]
