I purchased this unit after seeing it advertised on tv as made in the USA. The unit lets you know when new filters are needed for purchase. In about 9 months new filters were needed and I ordered them. $150 later, the filters come and they are from China. Filters to help me breath better,coming from China. I sent the filters back and started to call the company about returning the useless air purifier. Feb.1, 2020 was my first call. I have names and dates of Supervisors (Catherine & Samantha) promising to send me a return address label to send the unit back because all of their filters are made in China, not the USA. After at least 8 calls, empty promises and nothing in the mail, Catherine keeps verfying my same addrees and saying she will send the labels..Today was my last try before asking you to step in. This unit cost me $359 and would have been ok if we hadn't been in a health crisis originating in China. False advertising at its best by saying the purifier is made in the U but replacement filters are ALL made in China.
