Review: I took my car into get two bolts replaced to remount the motor mount in my car on Tuesday January 21, 2014. I drove from Modesto to Sacramento, which is approximately 80 miles, with no issues When I arrived [redacted] was busy working on another car, so he directed his friend, which whom did not even work for his company, to then proceed to get my information needed for the repairs. I myself filled out the portion of the paperwork because he was too busy to assist me in this process. I left my car under his care in perfectly working condition. On Wednesday January [redacted] I received call from [redacted] saying the the repairs took a longer time than expected and that another piece also needed to be repaired and that he'll call me back if that part needed to be replaced. I never got a call back saying he was going to replace or repair this part. On Thursday January 23, 2014 he called me in a panic asking if I had an alarm system installed, in which I informed him there is only a manufactures alarm that came originally with the car. On Friday January 24, 2014 I myself had to call him in the all of a sudden he said there was water in my oil. [redacted] explained to me that my car would not start at all. On Saturday 25, 2014 I went to [redacted]'s shop with my uncle, (who referred me to [redacted]), to see what was wrong with my car. I noticed that my milage was higher than what I left my car with on Tuesday. My milage on Tuesday when I left the shop was 188,202 and when I arrived Saturday it was 188,926 which means the car was driven 760 miles while it was under [redacted]'s care. [redacted] then proceeded to say my car was not running because it was an act of God. On Saturday [redacted] said he would not charge me for the repairs, but he could not guarantee how long the car would run. Then he changed his mind after I said I wanted the car towed off his lot to the dealership. I told him that I wanted to get them check out my car.At this point [redacted] said I had to pay the $260 which I refused to pay. [redacted] called me on the monday January 27, 2014 saying he had written another receipt which I was not aware of or informed about until almost a week later. At this point we intend to pay the $260 and get the car towed to get a diagnostics from a third party.Desired Settlement: I would like either the value of my car or either the repairs to be paid for by [redacted] at a mechanic of my choice, which would be volkswagon dealership.

Review: ON JULY 29 2014 I WENT TO AIRTECH AUTO REPAIR & AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE TO CHARGE MY AIR CONDITION IN MY 2007 ECLIPSE. AIR TECH STARTED TO CHARGE MY CAR, BUT SAY MOTOR FAN MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. SO I GAVE AIR TECH $280.00. $200 FOR THE FAN MOTOR $80.00 FOR THE CHARGE. AIR TECH NEVER GOT THE MOTOR SO I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK, SO AIR TECH GAVE ME $200.00 FOR THE FAN MOTOR, BUT DIDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THE AIR CONDITION CHARGE. I LEFT BELIEVING THAT THE AIR CONDITION CHARGE I LEFT BELIEVING THAT THE AIR CONDITION HAD BEEN CHARGE BUT LATE FOUND OUT THAT THEY NEVER DID CHARGE MY AIR CONDITION. SO WHEN I WHEN TO [redacted]. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO FREEZE ON IN THE CAR. SO I HAD TO PAY [redacted] FOR PUTTING FREEZE IN MY CAR. FILLING IT UP BECAUSE IT WAS EMPTY.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY $80.00 BACK BECAUSE THEY NEVER FILL MY CAR WITH THE FREEZE ON

Review: I went to AIR Tech to see how much it would cost to install an air conditioning in my 91 chevy pickup truck. Mr. [redacted] said it will cost a total of 480.00, I thought it was a good price. Then I asked him what it would include. He said everything will be all new compressor, Dire, filter, and also upgraded to the new R134, So agreed to it. He call me the next day saying it was completed. I then arrive at his place and went to my truck opened the hood, then [redacted] approached my truck. to my surprise the compressor was spray painted black I then asked him what the heck is this, this is not new its used and smelt like fresh spray paint, [redacted] said it is new over and over again then after telling him it wasn't for about 15 mins. He told me it was a reconditioned compressor, but new. I was so upset with him I told him You told me I would get everything new and that's what I wanted. He then told me. He said I told [redacted] you wouldn't be happy with it. Bottom Line He lied about the cost of the a/c unit and when it came to getting my truck he increased the price of 25.00 with out my knowledge, and if I didn't pay it he wouldn't give me my keys to the truck. So I had to pay him a total of 505.27 Now my truck is making a real bad noise. I'm so upset with this business I hope after this no one goes there cause they will get ripped off big time.Desired Settlement: I hope someone from the Revdex.com calls to them to consult [redacted] and [redacted] about this wrong doing, I'm going to take my truck else were to have it reevaluated and whatever the cost is I want them to pay for it.

Review: I took my 2000 [redacted] yukon denali in to get my transmission rebuilt on 04/05/16 now my transmission is having more problems then when I took it in for the repairDesired Settlement: I want a complete refund of my money so I can take it to reliable auto shop

Review: I had a town and country van there for several months waiting for it to get fixed because the car did not pass smog. during the time the van was there the window was broken and someone stole the battery so hon the manager said we would have to fix the window and replace the battery he gave dates the car would be ready it was never ready so I come back from a trip he tells us the car has been stolen from the property...I never reported it missing and I found some one driving the van I followed them and the guy said he got it from the shop the man hon gave it to him he was told make a key and bring the master key back to him and they would put a lien on the vanDesired Settlement: I would like to have a replacement van or for them to pay for the things he was supposed to fix
