Excellent people, excellent service and excellent price. We had Neilsen [redacted]. He was extremely knowledgable, on time and prepared with parts.

Review: We entered into a service contract with this company because we have used them in the past and we're happy with the service. When trying to schedule a winter maintenance call, I was told by [redacted], [redacted], that she no longer handles appointments. She said she would leave a message for the new technician and he would get back to me. That was over three weeks ago. Since then I have call the company more than a dozen times. Each time I get there answering service. I have tried scheduling and asking to speak with [redacted], [redacted], and nothing has worked. I also tried to go to the office in person only to find out it does not exist. I have paid for service contract and they have stole our money.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the service contract that we entered into. We have paid $239.50 by check which was cashed back in April 2013. We have proof of the cashed check.
