I would not recommend this company ever! We have been in our home for 7 years with an Geo-Thermal unit. Every year we go through issues and major expense to repair our unit. Do not use them or have this company install your unit if you go through supposedly a “highly-energy efficient unit”. We are senior citizens without air for 4 days because they need to order parts to repair our unit.

We work closely with the manufacture to receive repair parts. Parts availability is out of out control. When possible, we pay extra to get parts shipped in a more timely fashion. It is unfortunate that you have had numerous failures, but please understand that we do not build the equipment, we just install and service. We would like the opportunity to make you whole. We are willing to provide a free evaluation by our Service Manager to determine if there are current defects in the equipment and remedy them before they are an inconvenience to you.
