Air Force Exchange

I bought a TV (Samsung 58 in. 2160p 4K HDR 120Hz Smart TV UN58MU6071) on 25 July, 2018 with Air Force Exchange my TV was never deliver with FEDEX shipment. Saturday 28 Jul 18, I was home and FEdex said they rang the bell but I was home and they left quickly and fail to deliver the TV. I called fedex right away and said they will deliver on following Monday I said not to deliver since I will not be home during the week since I work all week. I told them to try to deliver the following Saturday, but they said that will be an extra charge. I called FEDEX again and they said they attempted deliver three times, so they will send package back to the exchange (case # XXXXXXXXXX). I called AF exchange and they said too bad, and there was nothing they can do. Bottomline really ad service from both companies. Most people work during the week business hours (8-5Pm) so of course no one is going to be home to receive the package.
