Air First

My wife and I bought an air conditioner on XX-XX-XXXX from Air First Inc. We paid $4664.00 for a Rheem/First Co 3 ton system. Includes connect to existing copper, electric, duct, drain,roof rack ,compressor. To date there has been problems with this unit. It repeatedly leaks,and again is not blowing cold air. If you set the temperature at 75 degrees and the room temperature is 79 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit will not cool down the room.I have called the company Owner whose telephone number is on the invoice,I told him what the problems are, and he said he wouldn't come to check the unit unless we paid a fee. At the end of the phone call he(***)told me the reason it wasn't working was because of the covid-19 virus. He told me to call someone else. My wife was in the apartment when I called, he didn't like what she was saying and told me to tell her to shut her fkg mouth. This is no way to treat people, especially after we paid $4664.00.
