they blew all the dirt inside my house through the return air vents. And they left dirt everywhere in my basement. Then after 2 weeks I noticed my air filter was CAKED with dirt, balls of fuzz etc. After that I changed the filter again but still dirt and grime! This should not be! Unbelievable!. They claim they can not make me happy,
I suffered headaches, my sinuses where a mess and I would wake up with a headache and all clogged up! The rocks and dirt kept coming through my vents.
My initial request was can you find the ball my grandson dropped down the vent? They said yes. Never did...that's when I knew I was taken.
After receiving a letter from Their Lawyer saying they are done with me.
I called another company and within 10 mins. They had my ball! And they said this AirDuctDoctors did not even clean those vents.
Do Not believe there flyer. Its a come on.

The crew leader D J, was very professional and the crew were very polite when our paths crossed as they worked. They appeared to be efficient in their work and they were done in the time frame I was quoted. Additionally the pricing was very fair for the amount of work they did. Thanks guys!

was the Supv. Tech who came and explained everything that would be done. I was quoted a price and agreed to go ahead and have my home's vents cleaned. BTW, my home is 67 years yrs. old and the ducts have never been cleaned. Andre and Sam shown up promptly. Oh my goodness, did the do an amazing job. They took pics before and after and showed me them immediately. Then I was shown the amount of dirt & dust they had cleaned out of the ducts. They also cleaned up after themselves in an immaculate way. So respectful, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

There were four workers and all and the supervisor *** It came in he explained everything confirm the price and what they were going to do. Everyone was very courteous and very cautious of my home and my furnishings. They showed me the before and after pictures and send them to me. Cleaned up everything ask me if there is anything else I needed.

I would highly recommend Air Duct Doctors. They called before coming & arrived on time. Everything was explained thoroughly about what they were doing & why. Everyone was very polite & respectful & clean-up was amazing. They made sure that furniture & belongings were not damaged. I was offered the sanitizing & declined. It was explained to me why it would be helpful but I did not receive a "hard sell" to try to include this. Really appreciated the before & after pictures. I did not realize how much dirt & dust had accumulated. I am now breathing in a much cleaner house.

Very professional, gave detailed explanation of what would be done and why it should be. The methods and equipment they use provide a very complete cleaning and they give you before and after pictures to prove it.

and his crew are awesome. Everything was throughly explained. The before pictures of our vents were disgusting it was terrible to think we have been breathing in all this dirt and dust for who knows how long. Another person in the company that is awesome is ***. I feel like I’ve known her forever when speaking with her. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Especially those with allergies, pets and children.

The air duct drs. team was great. *** did a expert job cleaning and informing us of problems that existed and probably caused some of my husbands health problems. WE feel more comfortable now that our air is so much cleaner and healthier to breathe. THey also went out of there way to explain the process to us. We recommend this company definitely. Very professional.

I had coupon for 37.95 to clean up to 10 air ducts and dryer and return.

I had an appt for them to come between 11 and 2. Guy calls and says he had to give me an estimate, I wondered why, he came out and checked the ducts and told me it would be more than 37.50. I feel like its bait and switch. They gave me a coupon came out and inspected and the cost was much more.

Nat. Air Duct Cleaning Corp. cleaned the air ducts/registers/mainline shafts and cold air return on the system in my house 5/24/2018. They arrived (2 techs) on time. After a quick survey of the hvac system they went right to work. I was very impressed with the job they did. Very professional and they made their moves count. They cleaned the site free of any debris before they left. I was very happy with the job they did !

I made an appointment with this company a month ago. I had a valuepak coupon which was $32.00 for 9 vents, 1 return. If there were extra returns $30 each. A 10% military discount. By the time they finished, the bill was $700. I did not receive the military discount. They pressured me to have a sanitizing treatment which was $125.00. They charged me $599.00 saying that it would be cheaper to not use the coupon. They also cut four holes in my return vent, which they didn't patch up. And they didn't clean the dryer vent either, which was part of the package. The coupons are very misleading and they are not honoring them. The technician took my coupon with him.

We received a flyer offering $32.95 for cleaning 9 vents, 1 return, & 1 mainline. On the day of the service, the tech immediately started upselling us. We have 9 vents, 3 returns, & 1 mainline. He claimed that we wood need to pay more for cutting a hole in out ductwork to do cleaning. He claimed EVERY vent was a mainline, & then tried to add a "sanitize fee". Adding all of these fees up in my head, I comment that it would be nearly $800, & he agreed. I said no thank you, there is the door. I received a call a couple of weeks later, asking if I was satisfied with my service. When I said no, that they did nothing, the person on the phone seemed surprised, & stated they would get back with me. Still no response. I called the company yesterday, asking to talk with the owner. The person answering the call asked if she could help me, I explained what had happened. There was confusion on when my appointment was, she would call back. I found the date of appointment & called her back. She said someone would get back to me. as of now, no response. I could not recommend this company as less. They use deceptive advertising to get in the door, prey on older/milder people to sell products that don't even exist. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

I am very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of *** and the crew that came out to clean our air ducts. Our home is over 30 years old and we have never had this service done. Though it cost more that what we had anticipated (we had a coupon), it seemed our home was constantly dusty and we knew the work needed to be done. D. J. and the crew took the time to explain the process along the way. I would recommend this company.

These guys were great! Polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves better than I could have! They REALLY knew their business.
