Air Duct Cleaning Tomball

The work that was performed was the worst job ever! A service technician name ***
(***) arrived at my home on 1/20/20 for what I thought would be a fair estimate for cleaning my dryer vent. Instead, what *** (***) provided me with was a $300 shoddy dryer vent cleaning - using only a brush and power drill cleaning, leaving me with loose lint everywhere! *** Leibvoic disassembled my attic dryer vent and claimed he was removing my unnecessary dryer vent booster fan to save me an extra $200. He then proceeded to disassemble and incorrectly reassemble the dryer vent using brown packaging tape instead of heat resistant silver foil tape. Then he taped my dryer duct using the same brown packaging tape for support to a small PVC pole in my attic instead of using the existing metal support straps. He also left a gaping hole where the attic vent should have exited my home, instead, it was positioned in a downward position to where the dryer lint was blowing into my attic! In the end, I was left with a major fire hazard and the extra expense to pay a real professional to fix the mess and fire hazard that *** left behind. I have made every effort to reach out to this company to discuss my horrible service via telephone, of which I had zero response, then I drove to this company's business address given by their website only to discover that it DOES NOT EXIST! I received one call back after trying multiple times, and once I started discussing my issue, *** HUNG THE PHONE UP! I cannot urge how much everyone should avoid this business, it is a SCAM!
