Control did reach out to me and has followed through with all of my requests regarding the warranty, paper work, and filing for a permit so I can now apply for the College Station Utility rebate.  I appreciate the Revdex.com service for helping to facilitate this outcome and I also appreciate [redacted] with Air Control for his efforts to fulfill his commitments.  Please move this case to "resolved" and hopefully his good rating with the Revdex.com will be preserved.  If I need to take further action to ensure the above outcome please let me know.Sincerely,[redacted]
