I purchased a Titan XP90 dehumidifier that only lasted 15 months before breaking. Customer support is non-existent. Emails and phone calls are never returned. I am now left with a $900 dehumidifier that no longer works with no support from the company whatsoever.
The [redacted] dehumidifiers they sell are poor quality and do not last. I purchased a home with one that lasted about 3 years. It was under warranty so they made me pack up the unit and ship it back, even though I had a service man tell me there was nothing to fix, it was an integrated unit. I paid to upgrade to a new [redacted].That unit did not last very long, so they sent me another replacement. The 3rd unit lasted about a year, and once again, I had it verified b a service tech that it was not functioning properly. I called, filed a warranty evaluation claim form on September 1. Today is October 19 and I still do not have a working dehumidifier, despite the VP [redacted] telling me one was shipped on Sept 27. I can not get a response from the company sales man, [redacted], or the 800 number.
