poor customer service ,will not return call and poor workmanship
we purchased our unit in July 2019 and have had numerous problems that were caused by their neglect. We paid him to blow our insulation in the ceiling . The front part of our house you can see the rafters,it looks like the stood in one spot and blowed the insulation. We paid to get insulation blown all over but they did a poor job I need this problem fixed as I paid them to do A good job. The dealer left the out side thermostat unhooked causing our power bill to go up .I had to pay another company to come out and correct the problem because my unit would not quit running , because they will not answer the phone or call back,I tried calling the for a week and got no answer. We I bought the unit the dealer said I had a ten year warranty and he would register the unit for me come to find out I only had 90 days to register the unit .And since I thought he had registered it I now just have 5 yr warranty,they are not reliable and are not trueful. I lost 5 yr warrant because he said he had registered it and he had not. I had to pay another company to come out and fix a problem they did not take care of and we have a poor job done on the insulation.They got their money and will not return calls to repair items they messed up. the unit is under warranty but cant get any service from them.we need our insulation blown in right.we are very disappointed with this dealer. I would not recommend them for anything until our insulation is fixed we had to pay anther dealer a service call to fix a problem the did not know how to fix. Very poor service
