Air Blue Heating and Cooling

Scheduled maintenance on my furnace & air conditioner. The day before the appointment, Sergei called to ask if my units was electric. When I said yes, he said he doesn’t service those. He only services heat pumps. Totally absurd since licensed HVAC technicians are trained to service all furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps. So either he isn’t licensed or he had something else he would rather do on a Friday afternoon.
