Charged for items I didn't receive, not refunded for items returned
I was repeatedly charged for items I did not order. There was no paperwork with these shipments so no way to call the company and cancel or arrange for refunds. All but one were returned unopened and they would not refund for those, my credit card company couldn't get them refunded either. I was also charged for items I did not even get and the company refused to refund. This company took hundreds of dollars from me for products that were returned or not even sent.
I would like a refund for all returned items

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason, you are sent a full 30 day supply and are allowed to try it for just the cost of shipping and handling for 14 days. Once your trial period is expired, you are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription to see continuous results with our product. Our records indicate Ms. received a full refund from her financial institution through the chargeback process. At this time, we would like to confirm that her account with us has been cancelled; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I disputed these charges with my credit card company but I did not receive a refund for any of these charges with them. I was told that it was ultimately up to the company and they refused. I was billed for products after the date of dispute and those products were never received. I can provide verification of no refunds.
