I received a letter from Attorney and President, [redacted] of Statewide Title and Closing Services, Inc. in 2015 stating that The [redacted] ***, a limited liability company between [redacted] and [redacted] , Jr. wanted to purchase my timeshare unit at the [redacted] and that I needed to complete the forwarded form if I was interested. I completed the form stating that I was interested and sent it to Mr. [redacted] as requested. In April of 2015, I received an e-mail from Mr. [redacted] stating that he had received the funds for the sale of the [redacted] Timeshare and that the 2015 maintenance fee would be paid, but my 2014 maintenance fee remained unpaid. He would therefore deduct my 2014 maintenance fee, record the deed sent and forward the proceeds check. I replied via e-mail stating that my 2014 maintenance fee was already paid in full and that my 2015 maintenance fee was partially paid. I did not hear anymore from Mr. [redacted] , even though

Review: I had inguinal [redacted] on July ** 2013. My surgeon was [redacted]. who is in my network insurance plan Cigna. Aimee Goodwin PA, was brought in as a surgical assistant. I specifically asked her if she is in my insurance plan and was told that [redacted]'s officewould take care of it. It turns out she is not part of Cigna and is now trying to charge me$909.86 for her services. She willingly participated as [redacted]'s assistant knowing my insurance would not cover it.Desired Settlement: I want the $909.886 dollars she is trying to charge me cancelled. She is trying to collect a fee after lying about insurance coverage.
