I I never received this order (placed Jan8) and when a follow up email was sent (Feb3) , I was told it would be just a little while longerSince then I have heard nothing until days agoI received an email that asked if there was anything else *** could doI replied that I never received the product and would like to cancel the order and requested a refund (again no response since then)The object was a fall protection unit that was supposed to take no more than a few weeksI am past that part of the project and do not need the unitI am also extremely upset that I can not get an answer back from anyoneThe phones go to voicemails that are not set up or are not even working, emails go unansweredI have filed a protest and an alert with the credit card company concerning AC Tool Supply and will pursue a refund and cancellation of this order

I received an email that asked if there was anything else [redacted] could do. I replied that I never received the product and would like to cancel the order and requested a refund (again no response since then). The object was a fall protection unit that was supposed to take no more than a few weeks. I am past that part of the project and do not need the unit. I am also extremely upset that I can not get an answer back from anyone. The phones go to voicemails that are not set up or are not even working, emails go unanswered. I have filed a protest and an alert with the credit card company concerning AC Tool Supply and will pursue a refund and cancellation of this order.

I ordered from AC Tool Supply because of their great price on the item I was looking for despite reading some negative reviews. Bad choice. They charged our card for the item on the day I ordered it and then didn't ship the item until 3 weeks later. It was very difficult to get an order confirmation, receipt, or estimated ship date. NEVER would give me any shipping information, until I threated to cancel order or dispute charge with credit card company. They seemed knowledgeable and helpful about the stuff they are selling but their customer service sucks big time. I would not recommend them.

They sent me broken tool. It was very hard to rich them and get new one. Took ages to resolve the problem plus they ignored rules from my cc and then blame me for not getting paid back, threatening me with court.
