Hello Dear,thank you for bringing this matter to us.Indeed on August nd of we did service for your client.She did wanted weave but we suggested something that will last longer and healthier for her type
of hair.We did not force her to get braids.She were supposed to come back to us to get them out therefore the person who took the braids out for her cut her hair.She was so pleased with us that she gave us tips.Feel free to Email us for any questions.Thank you.***

Review: I went to Aida African Braiding shop on August 22nd, 2015 to get my hair done for my birthday. I had called the week before to asked if they could do vixen 4 part weave and the lady that answered the phone stated yes. when me and sister arrived the lady that stated she was the owner's daughter convienced me to get braids instead. my sister wanted dregs which I gave her as a gift from me. before leaving the lady had to do some of my sister dregs back again due to them coming opened. I left my braids in for two months and decided to take them out on November 20th, 2015 due to new growth. When went to the salon here where I lived where the stylist do braids also. She stated that it was hard for her to take them out due to the way they were braided and so tangle and that she could not combed my hair or it would come out. However she finally got but informed me to go to another salon for conditioning and let them sit for a while to see if it would come untangle. However the beauty salon tried different tatics to no affected. She stated that I would have to cut all of my hair off. I hair was very long pass my shoulders before going there. I was so upset . I ended up having to cut all of my hair off down to an half inch and had to buy a wig due to some almost bald in the top. I called called Aida's African salon and spoke to the owner and explained to her what had happen. She stated that I should have came back to them to take them out because they put them in a certain way and they needed to take them out. I explained to her know one told me this when I left. She apoligized and stated nothing else. I was waiting for her to at least asked what could they do about the situation as this has been so difficult for me to walk around with a wig on after paying them $ 210. 00 for service and $49+ for hair and products. I also paid for my sister hair as well, which was $90.00 for wash and twist dregs, which she did a review on there site as well.Desired Settlement: I would a least like for the company to pay for my hair to be treated at another salon for growth repair or a refund. I had to buy a wig and this is uncomfortable for me as I am not used to wearing a wig everyday.
