I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY ROOFING JOB. CRAIG IS THE PRODUCTION MANAGER AND MAKES SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE PROJECT.

I just had an excellent experience with AIC Roofing in Lexington, KY. They did a great job--from start to finish.! I should add that there were small issues I noticed when they finished. As soon as I called, they came out right out and fixed everything with no extra charges, and with a real concern that I was completely satisfied with their work. I was highly impressed with all of their employees--salesperson, office staff, and workers!

We were very pleased with AIC Roofing. Greg S came to the house very soon after we called and gave us a free estimate that we thought was reasonable. It was in the ballpark with the insurance adjuster's estimate and much less than another roofer's estimate. Greg was friendly and knowledgable and honest about the estimated roofing date. He stayed in touch with me as we waited to get the new roof put on, an event delayed by a very rainy (record-breaking?) year. Greg even arranged to have men install some weather proofing product to prevent leaking in one area of the roof while we waited for dry weather. Martin was the supervisor on the 2-day installation. He called me in advance, showed up on time, and was very pleasant to communicate with as the job was being done. He took pictures and sent them to meet show me what was being done. After the new roof went on the clean-up was very thorough. We then met with Craig and he answered the few questions we had after he explained the 10 year warranty. If the roof is as good as the customer service, we should be very happy with it! Thanks AIC!
