Mr. [redacted] signed a one year contract with our company to receive pest service. $90 transaction reduced his amount owing from $250 to $160. Mr. [redacted] is obligated to pay this remaining amount owing.

The re-spray was not the issue, the customer service was.

Mr. [redacted] signed a one year agreement with Greenleaf Pest Control, this includes the initial treatment and 4 quarterly services.  Mr. [redacted] has received the initial treatment on 6/5/15 at the discounted price of $1 (per contract) and has had only one quarterly service...

on 7/11/15 at $85.   The contract clearly states it is a one year contract and shows the treatment schedule.  The contract also clearly explains under the Service Terms & Termination Agreement, the amount of the early termination fee if the contract is not kept for any reason.  This is right above where the customer signed the contact.  I've attached a copy of the contract and I've also attached copies of the customer check list that both Mr. and Mrs [redacted] signed also stating they understand this is a one year contract and how many services will be provided.Mr [redacted] called our office on 9/24/15 letting us know he was moving out of state. At that time our representative informed him of the terms of the contract and the early termination fee. Mr [redacted] can pay for the remaining services and gift the treatments to someone else or he can pay the early termination fee for not completing the contract.  This is the same policy we follow for all our customers Sincerely,Beth
