Contractor now operating under the unregistered name "Roof To Floor." Violated std construction procedures, warranty, etc.Contractor was hired to do a flooring removal/replacement for the home. Contractor violated all manufacturer guidelines for installation of floating floor, aggravated client's asthma by sawing wood INSIDE the home with the a/c running, installed doors incorrectly and in wrong locations, left holes in walls throughout the home, and left an open hole to the sewer system after what was supposed to be a temporary removal of a toilet during flooring installation. Contractor refused to accept blame for any of these mistakes and demanded additional money to fix them. Damage caused by dust required the client hire a professional cleaning company to clean ducts and furnishings throughout the home. Another contractor has been hired to repair the damages.Desired SettlementFull refund of monies paid and full payment of costs incurred to include cleaning vents and furnishings, replacing damaged flooring and subflooring, fixing holes left in walls, etc.
