My girlfriend purchased a truck on may 27,2020 and we were told the dealership covered a 14 day or 1000 mile warranty. We have kept the truck under the 1000 miles because it's been in the garage almost since she bought it. We were told by A&H Ride in Pride that they would cover all bills and to take it to the dodge dealership. A week ago we had to pay 1140.00 for the parts to get ordered. The dodge dealership faxed a bill and I have tried all week to contact the salesman who sold her the truck and have not got any response out reimbursing us the money.
no warranty was given or purchased
customer was offered to purchase a warranty and declined
I am rejecting this response because:She purchased a extended warranty.
I purchased this 2016 Yukon Denali online through AH Ride and Pride Auto Group. Obviously they do not stand for pride with their products or honesty. I trusted as I paid 400.00 for my car to be delivered to me it would be in working order. As soon as it was taken off of the truck the right rear tail light was not working at all. This is by the way a 300-500 part. So I had numerous neighbors witnessing it and let me know. After several attempts I finally spoke with the owner and he said well those parts break so this is on you. He refused to help with the cost of the part at all or offer any type of resolution. I also noticed the key fab he gave me kept saying battery low, which is actually dead. So now I have a car I cant legally drive and a key fab that needs a battery I cant drive to get. Further more the tires were so bad on the car that the local discount tire advised me would be dangerous for me to drive to them. So I had to do it and had to buy 1,000 in brand new tires. So it again ive reached out to the owner numerous times he says he will call me back and never does. So to top this all off I turned on my air condition and guess what its not working at all. So far I am out over 1500.00 of my own money. I am requesting a copy of the original inspection report to see what did they actually check on this car? Oh and one last piece my car was below empty when it got delivered. DO NOT TRUST this company!! It has been the worse experience ever. It has caused severe stress and financial stress on my family
This was a purchase for an out of state vehicle. The vehicle has over 100,000 miles on it and was sold As-Is. When the consumer complained to the business about the vehicle's taillights, etc., she wanted $200.00 or a gas card. The business had already taken a loss on the transaction and does not feel the consumer is due anything additional for an As-Is sale.
I am rejecting this response because:
in march of 2019 I purchased a 2008 Cadillac EXT form AH Ride n Pride with the given understanding that the car was recently serviced. Upon purchase of my vehicle I was given a form to sign that had two empty check boxes one for as is and the other for a full warranty. I immediately stressed that I was not purchasing a 15k vehicle with as is, and the dealer (Adham) offered me a 3000 mile 3 month ASC warranty with the option to restart or extend at the end of the term I agreed. After multiple break downs and repairs immediately after purchase I was in need of the the roadside assistance provided with the warranty and found the dealership did not pay the warranty the gave me and I was stuck.I was denied compensation or support for the thousands of dollars in repairs, loss of work and alternate transportation expenses incurred from this purchase. Furthermore the Blank check boxes that I was insured was no issue as I was given ASC insurance, my initials where still needed on the page. upon receipt of my final paperwork I found the as is box was electronically checked. I in formed the owner Ahmad and he tried to convince me as well as the Finance company that I entered into a as is 4 yr 15k contract. I was told the truck was fully serviced but it was filthy and the alternator died in 6 days followed by a tire breaking clean off the rim on the highway a day after I got it back from the shop. Followed by the breaks going out then the radiator and heater hoses and so on. the price of the truck was listed as 11.999 and I traded in a solid 2001 BMW 740i with a new set of $1000 tires for $1000 with $2500 cash. my final paper work stated the price 12.999 which absorbed my trade in basically stealing my car which was worth a lot more. I was lied to and taken advantage of completely and my paperwork was manipulated to the dealerships favor. Help was promised with repair issues but nothing was done but word games over the phone or avoiding me altogether. It's been 11 months and I still owe 10k. Help.
Business informed Revdex.com that the consumer purchased the vehicle As-Is. They have a signed warranty waiver. The consumer signed the waiver both on paper and electronically. The waiver was also verified by the financing company prior to the finalization of the purchase.
