Reliable Transportation strive to provide the best service to all our clientIn the case on *** *** *** , she gave an inventory over the phone and was given a price based on the list that she provided however on the day of the move she had more than was listed , therefore the price was
increased*** *** did dispute the price and after remeasurement of the shipment, the price was adjusted to the unit sizeThe client was fully aware of what the new balance was and also when the shipment will be there ( I have email conversation where the client is asking what time the movers will be there and what payment is accepted.)The driver called the client the day before delivery to confirmOn 4/**/the movers arrived at the client's destination and she refused to pay her balance of $which as I stated before she was fully awareThe client was told that if she refuse to pay her balance the shipment will be put into storage until s he pays the balanceThe shipment is located within miles of the client home, once payment is received all the necessary information will be provided to the client
