After going through their on-line return process (which was seamless), I mailed the return on Aug. 13. I received confirmation that the return was accepted on Aug. 19.
On Sept. 19, I realized I never received my refund and so I sent an email inquiring about it.
On Sept. 26, I sent a second email, and on Sept. 27, a third email. On Sept. 30 I found this site that provided a phone number (not listed anywhere on their website). I called the number and left a detailed message about my return and my refund. I also followed up with another email and submitting my inquiry in their 'Live Chat'.
I still have not received a single message nor a single reply to any of my email.
I strongly suggest others stay clear of this company. They don't care about you.
I bought on line these resistance band pants called agogie, at agogie.com the only contact I found was a email address called [email protected] I emailed asking when they were going to ship out my order, no response at all, emailed several times, tried to find phone number none only address. ive filed a dispute on p***. I paid 129.00 for these pants yet nothing, I believe I was scammed. so I filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because of this issue.
The customer complaint filer, ***, ordered our product on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:34 pm. We have a stated shipping policy located on our website which states:
"All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone."
This poilcy is publicly available on our website *** ordered from using the following link: https://agogie.com/pages/orders. This is easily found in the help section located at the bottom of our website.
Also posted at the time of *** order in a prominent location at the top of our e-commerce website was the following statement:
"Due to high demand, many sizes are out of stock. Pre-order today to reserve your product in our next inventory shipment. We offer free exchanges and returns. Thank you for your patience and understanding - ***, Founder"
Based on the date of order ***'s order, our standard shipping policy timeframe would have been shipping her order on the following dates: February 21st, 24th or 25th. The item was shipped on February 26th, 2020 with the USPS tracking number of ***. The package was delivered on February 28th, 2020 at 1:53 pm.
*** order was delivered in a reasonable and timely manner, which makes her complaint unfounded and unwarranted.
