It was a pleasure doing business with this company — and that is hard to say with most contractors. Our old swamp cooler was dead and corroded and leaking. A coworker who'd had him install their Refrigerated air recommended them. John came in and did an analysis of our 60-year-old home and our needs, making recommendations for the refrigerated air/heater combo unit.
His price easily beat out the competition. He was on-time, courteous, thoughtful (we have four dogs who don't like having people banging on the roof and coming in and out of the house), professional and he kept his work area clean. This was also one of those situations where the owner was on the site doing the work, something I really appreciate.
