Great job, a few things broken but to be expected with such a large move

The most important part of a move, in my view, is the care with which the packers handle your personal property In this case, Fritz Remy and Aaron *** were a model of professionalism and efficiency and they packed and loaded our furniture and household effects in Florida, and then unloaded, unpacked, and in some cases reassembled our items in Virginia All property was accounted for, and we only had negligible damage to a photo frame in the process Fritz and Remy were also courteous to a fault, making them welcome guests in our home
So, overall, our experience was positive To be fair, areas of improvement could be: 1) more flexibility in acceptance of forms of payment; and 2) better clarity regarding scheduling and communicating both the pickup and delivery dates/times

They were on time, courteous, and professional. They picked up my order on Saturday in Pennsylvania and delivered it to Florida the following Wednesday. They made it easy.

I have been dealing with Agility Van Lines since 2015 when I first going to move from FL to GA, the owner of the company came to my house and he was very polite and explained everything that I need to know and look at my inventory to send me a quote, I was very satisfied with the procedure of him coming to my place in person and introduce himself as well gave the confidence about his company, the moving it didn't happen so I call him and put it on hold until I have the right date that never came out, So, now I was suppose to close in a house today 09/02 in Savannah, GA and contact Austin again because I did want to use him dealing with lender is not an easy thing, I have all my belongs in a storage unit and mentioned to him that my belongs are there and not going to be in the house anymore, the lender called me again and they cancel my closing date which was transfer to the 09/08 I call Austin again and schedule for the 09/06 for them to pick up and than the lender contact me again and canceled the closing date once again yesterday and I call Austin and decide not to move from Florida anymore, even though I hate Florida, Austin because it was to close to the pick up date they usually don't refund the money because my place on the truck was already reserved but he as nice as he is gave me the refund of the security deposit and when ever I need to move I will for sure have him on my phone and will call him again and will use him as my moving company.

Great move from Ga to Fl May 13th. We submitted a detailed inventory and got a price about 1/2 the National Movers. They came on time and did a great job packing so well we left before they finished. John and CJ also did a good job navigating my very steep long driveway. The delivery was on time and done well, we had a few heavy pieces to go upstairs and were pleased they were able to do it. The price was the same as qoated with no upcharges something I was worried about reading other company reviews. I would recommend anyone to use them.

Agility van lines makes everything run at a fast pace. This company is so efficient that it's fascinating. I hired them for my daughter's move last month. The men were all very immaculately dressed and professional in attitude. They started taking inventories, wrapping all her stuffs and carry them outside to load in their vans. The whole thing was running like clockwork. I haven't seen such efficiency in a long time. Their quote was very reasonable as well. My daughter later informed me that all her stuffs traveled very well the long distance. I will definitely hire them again if need be.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I moved from Panama City Beach, FL to Rochester, NY and I worked with [redacted]. He lied to me through the entire process. He told me that they own all their vehicles and equipment and that the long distance move would be a minimum of 3 days but should arrive within a week of pick up. They didn't show up on pick up day and would not answer or return my calls. I had to cancel a going away dinner with one of my friends who I may never see again because I was home waiting for them and they never came. The showed up the next day late in the afternoon (and after about 15 calls to [redacted] he finally called me back as they were pulling into my apartment). They were amateurs and took hours to load my stuff. When I was quoted I was sure to overestimate my goods because I didn't want any surprises but [redacted] did not follow my instructions and underquoted what I asked. When my items were weighed they overweighed the truck (I hand weighed almost every piece when they arrived to calculate this). After my items were picked up I was told they would be driven right up to New York in their company truck. Instead they transported it to a warehouse where it sat for 1 1/2 weeks melting in the heat of florida. After many unanswered phone calls from [redacted], I finally contacted someone else at Agility to get answers. They told me they were waiting for other trucking companies to have room on their truck and a route. They hired out a moving company that had a failing rating on the Revdex.com website and my goods arrived the last day possible in the contract. The movers told me they would be here in the afternoon and since they were a week past my expected arrival I had begun work at a new job and couldn't take off. My parents took a day off work to meet the movers at my new place and they didn't arrive until 6:30pm (after the original 2-4pm window). I had to go out and buy clothes and shoes for work since I had no belongings, nothing to cook or eat with for about 2 1/2 weeks. They lost a bag of mine, broke about 3 boxes of glasses and dishes that were very carefully packed and labeled fragile among other things. After all the terrible hassle and underestimating the move cost me about $2000 more than quoted and the owner was very rude and barely did anything to appease me. This company is a scam and will make your move miserable! Especially [redacted], he is a lying piece of sm.

Everyone I talked to in office was very polite and the drivers were very helpful. From beginning to end my experience was great.

I was most pleased with company work ethics and customer service. I worked with Vince in scheduling my move which included 2 large items. One a Baby Grand and the other a 8ft Pool Table. Vince explained the most cost effective way to have the pool table packaged by having it done by a local company. This really impressed me because it would've cost me more to have Agility package it for me. This shows the integrity and personal attention of the company and that he's not just trying to get a customer just to get one. I then later had the cancel my appointment and was impressed again at how I got my full deposit refunded in a matter of minutes of my request. I will definitely recommend/refer Agility of FLL and contact them again should I need their service in the future.

We recently booked a 1,000 mile move with Agility Van Lines which was just completed a few days ago. All of our items were packed well, tagged with stickers matching the paperwork, stored without incident for three months, and arrived with nothing missing or broken (and we had nine glass pieces!). There were minor nicks where some padding came loose on a dresser and a few scratches on the hardwood floor during delivery of the piano, which could've happened in any move, so overall this was a positive experience, especially when a final cost amount was in question by the delivery driver and Agility Van Lines quickly resolved the issue.

In the van lines industry the competition is stiff to say the least. AGILITY VANS LINES is a shinning star that I highly recommend you follow, they are extremely competitive on pricing but above all value honesty. my experience with Agility showed they tell the truth and keep their word, Rick continually put my interests above his own. Agility is family owned and you can feel it. their communication and attention to detail is excellent and I highly recommend them...

Beware of this company. My wife spoke with a sales representative named [redacted]. He was nice and gave us a quote which was was excellent. He also told my wife the company owns their own trucks. What he did not tell my wife is the company contracts with smaller moving companies. We scheduled the movers to come on July 14-15th. They also said that a person would call to go over the list of items to packed 3 days before the pick up. The person called my wife and did not go over the list of items. My wife pointed this out to this person, and that person told my wife another person in the company would do that during tomorrow's call. I received a phone call from the company the next day. The person told me that the movers would arrive on the 15th between 1 and 5 pm. I asked this person about going through the list items to be packed. The person said another person would call to do that.

On the 15th, the driver calls me to say they were behind and would not be able to arrive until 7. Then they called later to say it would be closer to 10. They asked me if they could come tomorrow morning, but we made it was made clear to the company previously we had to be out of the house on the 15th. They arrived at 9:30 pm. After the move, the mover goes through every item packed. The drivers charged us double than what the sales representative quoted my wife. He tried to explain the cost in relation to the square foot and even said we had more "pieces" than what was listed from Agility. We sold most of our large pieces of furniture because we were aware of the cost per cubic foot. I was so upset I could not even speak to them.

I waited to call Agility for about a week because I was that angry. I called [redacted], the sales representative, about the quote from the drivers. I explained to him that no one called my wife or I to go over the list of items we had packed. He says on their system a person named Austin spoke to my wife. This never happened. I asked him if I could receive a partial refund for this egregious miscalculation in quoting. He referred me to [redacted] for this request. I asked him to have Austin person call me. He also referred me to a person named [redacted]. She was responsible for setting up the delivery date. I expressed my frustration about the over pricing. She, like [redacted], referred me to Austin. Prior to our stuff being delivered I left a message for Austin. He has not called back yet.

Our stuff was delivered on the 11th. Literally every piece of furniture had a noticeably dent or scratch [redacted]. Three pieces were so bad we had to throw them away.

This is by far our worst customer services experience. Never use this company. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.
