These documents were received by our office on 11/28/2017. The file for *** *** was filed with the sheriff's office on 12/4/This was also served on 12/11/The file for *** *** was rejected on 12/4/We tried for the second attempt to file at the sheriff's office
on 12/11/and we were able to file on 12/11/2017. The service packet has been successfully served.This work order is a multiple part assignment. We must first open the file with the Sheriff's office, obtain a levy number and then dispatch for service. This is not something that can be done within a few days. The client called and left two messages at our office. The first was on 12/at 5:pm after we were closed and again on 12/at 8:am, before we opened. This complaint was sent to us via email at 9:am on 12/13/2017. My office manager attempted to contact client by phone several times and has been unable to reach him. An email with an update was provided to client. The client has not returned our messages

I am rejecting this response because it is only partially true.  I have no messages or emails from this company prior to my complaint.I have yet to speak to a live individual from this company despiste attempts following my complaint.  I have not received copies of anything processed by this company.However, I have no reason to pursue this further.  I will simply never use this company again.
