Although I agree with the resolution, I do not agree with Mr. F[redacted] comment. Mr. F[redacted] states he painted my truck twice using laser technology and the paint match perfectly. This is not true and I have pictures from both times the truck was painted, if needed. Mr. F[redacted] was made aware of the color issues after the first paint job and agreed the color was off. He even tried to say the color in the back of the truck did not match, which I could not understand because he did not do any work to the back part of my truck. After the second complaint about the paint, I was told the paint job was fixed but it still looks the same as my first complaint. I appreciate the refund and thank Mr. F[redacted] for resolving the compliant. I also thank you at the Revdex.com for helping me resolving the compliant.
