I purchased a gift card to be shipped *** on Thursday, January 30, 2020(order #***. It is now February 19, 2020 and the gift card has not be delivered or received. I emailed Agave Grill and did not receive a response so I called and spoke to the owner directly on Tuesday February 4, 2020. He apologized and said they were having some difficulties with their online gift card website and assured me the gift card was shipped that same day. He also informed me that he included some coupons with the gift card for the inconvenience. I sent another email on Friday, February 14, 2020 informing agave grill that I no longer wanted the gift card and to credit me the $52.00 that I spent for the card. Additionally, they were informed that if I did not hear from them by the close of business that day, I was filing a dispute with my credit card company and filing a complaint through the Revdex.com. This was a special surprise birthday gift for my daughter as she is a frequent customer to Agave Grille as it is two blocks from her apartment. This is even more of a reason for my outrage as someone could have literally hand delivered the gift card to my daughter, especially since I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction with their online purchasing and delivery services.

I originally submitted a complaint to Revdex.com on the Agave Grill restaurant located in Hartford Connecticut on 2/19/20. I am emailing to inform you that my issue has been resolved. I spoke to the manager Ken McAvoy and he was very accommodating. I am happy with the way my complaint was resolved and I would like to have this case closed with Revdex.com and noted that my daughter will continue to patronize this Agave Grill Restaurant.
