Hello [redacted] I had called into the Bureau in regards to this complaint and was instructed to write you this letter We have been in contact with [redacted] the moment she initially filed her complaint with us My VP of Sales, [redacted] , spoke with her and assured her that we would refund her $fee and apologized for the misunderstanding She additionally complained that her bank was going to charge her overdraft fees, and I instructed Tom to let her know that we would reimburse her for those fees as well, if she supplied proof from her bank that the fees were incurred The $fee was credited back on 6/1/ We were under the impression that she was satisfied, only to receive this complaint today It is my goal as the business owner to treat all customers fairly, and if they do not want to do business, I am ok with that I simply refund and move on I just wanted to represent our side of the story, as sometimes, I think, customers tend to exaggerate the situation simply to make sure they are heard I will stand by what I said about reimbursing her overdraft fees, should she decide to provide me with the documentation Please let me know if you need anything further from me It is my goal to address and have removed, if possible, anything negatively reporting against my business, as I work hard to provide the best and most fair business practices available Thank you! She additionally complained that her bank was going to charge her overdraft fees, and I instructed Tom to let her know that we would reimburse her for those fees as well, if she supplied proof from her bank that the fees were incurred. The $595 fee was credited back on 6/1/2015.
We were under the impression that she was satisfied, only to receive this complaint today. It is my goal as the business owner to treat all customers fairly, and if they do not want to do business, I am ok with that. I simply refund and move on. I just wanted to represent our side of the story, as sometimes, I think, customers tend to exaggerate the situation simply to make sure they are heard. I will stand by what I said about reimbursing her overdraft fees, should she decide to provide me with the documentation. Please let me know if you need anything further from me. Review: This program set me up to do a low income base repayment plan with a fee of $595.00, which I explained to the agent [redacted] that I could not pay that amount in full.Needless to say, Thursday came along and upon checking my bank account they took the full amount out. I called and complained, I was told by [redacted], the one in charge of that, it was put back. By Saturday morning it was still in pending, by Sunday, that transaction had dropped into my transactions before it showed up as a deposit, resulting in overdrafts that they refuse to pay, This [redacted] gave me a phone number that was suppose to be his direct line which is not. The number (949) 298-4064 belongs to Frank Morris a vice president. When you try calling all you get are voice mail, and they won't call back!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the overdrafts charged to my account for all the transactions that I had enough money in my bank account to cover what I took out, before they took their payment out that was not authorized!

Review: I attempted to refinance my student loans through this ASR company. They told me multiple times that I qualified for a public service forgiveness program and they could save me money. I filled out the required paper work they requested. I was put in a forbearance. My loan consultant was [redacted] direct number was [redacted]. I have multiple emails from [redacted] saying it can take several weeks for paper work to come back. My last communication with [redacted] was 11-11-15 via email, I was given a reply that he was in a meeting all week and would get back to me. I have not heard anything from anyone. His direct number is no longer working, I have called the company's main number several times and no one has returned my calls. [redacted]. I paid this company almost 700 dollars and they did nothing for me. I called my previous loan servicer [redacted] who tell me my loans are still through them and have not changed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and explanation as to why this happened.
Review: My credit card account was falsely charged after I had already requested to terminate a previous agreement. The company is denying my request to no longer use their services. I had already unsubscribed to solicitation from the company prior to being persuaded into an agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges removed from my account, I would like the previous agreement terminated, and I do not want to be solicited by this company again at any time in the future.
