We received the above mentioned complaint letter and we appreciate the opportunity to respondMiss *** alleged that hair braiding services that she received on February 20th caused her to endure some health related issues (abscess on her head, and headaches etc…) Please
be advised that African Master Hair Braiding is focused on delivering the highest customer service levels and we pride ourselves in the attention to details that is given to each one of our clientWe are sorry to hear Mrs*** did not experience thatMrs*** also alleged that her health issues following her visit were caused due the uncleanliness of the associate who took care of herWe pride ourselves in the clean and relaxing environment that we provide to our customers and we invite the Revdex.com to come and visit usIn addition, the braids that she wanted done have been offered multiples times without any complaints from our regular and new customersEven though we sympathize with Mrs***, her health background is unknown to us (allergies, migraines etc…)One protocol we have before we start with any clients especially new onesWe ALWAYS ask them throughout the hair braiding process their comfort level with the tightness/looseness of the braidsMrs*** was asked and she advised that she was absolutely fineAfrican Master Hair braiding sincerely apologizes to Mrs*** for her alleged bad experience at our shopPlease feel free to contact us at anytime if you required any additional information
