First, I would like to apologize for any troubles this
predicament has caused.  We certainly
strive to take excellent care of our customers, regardless if they live within
close proximity or traveling.  There is
no excuse for the miscommunication on our part, and we want to rectify...

this situation.  As I investigated this, I was informed that
[redacted] and [redacted] is our Service Director) have attempted numerous [redacted]es
to contact Mrs. [redacted] without success. 
[redacted] did finally find out where the vehicle is located and contacted
the respective Service Advisor [redacted]. 
[redacted] and [redacted] discussed the repairs and [redacted] stated that the repair that
took place at our store had more than likely no effect, or was the cause for the
current repair in [redacted]’s shop.  I would
like to reiterate that we are more than willing to help Mrs. [redacted] if she would
be willing to call us back.
