Affordable Termite And Pest Control

I had him come to my beauty shop for 10 years(once a year) under contract to inspect/treat. The problem was he didnt do his job and now that I've hired a reputable company they did a real inspection and told me there is structure damage. He told me to "hire some kid to paint the back room and if you see tracks then you have termites" I replied that was his job and thats why I paid him. That was my final straw. When I told the new company this tidbit they laughed and said that is outragous. I of course didn't find it so humorous. I don't want others to get ripped off, it happens so much these days. He actually owed me a treatment and I should have demanded it before I cut him but didn't trust him to actually do the job. I decided to cut my losses. Anyway just wanted to throw it out there for my own satisfaction.
