Please find the receipt/warranty attached to this fileThe mention of lifetime warranty on the windows and workmanship is handwritten on the front of the receipt
Unfortunately, the information provided by this company is again incorrectI actually have record of every phone call made to this company as well as dates times and who I spoke withAlso, weather is not an excuseI began attempting to get my window fixed on 12-and its now 01-27; Then after making me wait that long, the company decides to try and charge me for somethingAlso I labor was going to be charged why was I not told up front? The first time I was told was at almost 9pm when a man said he was going to show up at my house at I needed to pay him $40; when I disputed this he said it was labor charged and that sometimes he gets gas moneySo "the facts" you have been given are incorrect

could that we’re very busy. I did give the repair to Greg. 1/13…1/14…1/21…that’s when the Customer said he wasn’t paying the labor to have the work done. That’s how this got started. He didn’t like that. We are not a repair company. His job was done in 2012 and it’s out of warranty with us. We give a one year warranty that is stated on his contract. The windows have lifetime warranty through the manufacturer. Not a lifetime warranty with us. He doesn’t want to pay the installer to come out and replace the glass. He thinks it should be free. Glass is free….Labor is not. Customer was NEVER told he’s not a priority. He was told we are busy and behind schedule. He also has never been told that the owner/supervisor in not available. I talk to him when he calls. He just doesn’t like it that he needs to pay for the labor. Greg has not been there until this customer pays for the labor. We do not work for free. I will now turn his repair over to Simonton. Her name is [redacted]. 281-990-6900 [redacted] where the windows were purchased. Thank You D. [redacted] Correct facts are: His windows are manf. by Simonton.
