septic tank while he was there in January  and he also told her that her drain field was not working. We explained it to her again and she still did not understand so she had her adult son come outside and we explained it to him. He understood and apologized for his mother and we gave him the number of a local company that does drainfiled repairs. If you have any further questions feel free to call me. Review: Affordable Septic was hired by our contractor to pump and certify the septic system. They provided a certificate, billed us, and confirmed they did the work when I called them after I got the cert and invoice. After running the washing machine for the first time afterwards, the septic system backed up. A plumber and 2nd septic company came out and both confirmed that the septic system had not been touched or pumped and was still full. This was clearly, blatant fraud by Affordable Septic and we are now suing them.Desired Settlement: The property was sold and the buyers are the ones that had to then have the system pumped, fixed, and certified. The costs for this was $1,075. We would like the $1,075 repaid.
