Affordable Repair Service

Bill is not very dependable I hired him to replace windows and repair some windows The windows he replaced - he broke two of the panes which he did return and replace however I had to call to get him to follow through The repairs he promised to get done - well that is another story I called him again to finish the job and again he promised to come on Friday however he would call that Wednesday before to set a time That Wednesday was almost weeks ago and he has not called and my job is not finishedThe sad part is he has left a window he took out back - weeks ago sitting on my bathroom floor I would not recommend Bill for any services - he does not follow through, return calls or finish jobs And he leaves things undone

We had what we thought was a good experience end up not as good for us. An egress window was added to our home at an affordable price ina timely manner. We were happy with this service. Once the ground settled (which we were told would happen), we contacted the owner who after several attempts to contact finally came out to look at it and stated he would put in the fill for us at no charge. He then proceeded to give us multiple dates that he did not show up and cancel and gave us the reason that he was "too busy" to complete the work. We were VERY disappointed in the follow through of this project and would not use again.
