In times like these you need responsive and punctual work, my gas got shut off Wednesday March 18, due to gas leaks in my pipes, in my basement. I called Bobby but since it was late afternoon he said he couldn’t make it, until the next morning (completely understandable). He came in the next morning checked out the pipes and said he be back later that day to fix it and he quoted me for what he determined would be three hours of work at least. He told me he would be back around 1pm maybe a little bit after, He didn’t end up coming until 6pm. What he said would be three hours worth of work turned into an hour and a half maybe two, still got charged what he quoted me for three hours which is fine people do that I’m willing to pay because I want my gas turned back on. Nicor (gas company) comes late that same day and had to shut the gas right back off because the same leak was coming from one of the pipes that he had supposedly fixed. I text him that night letting him know what happened and he did not get back to me until I had to reach out to him the next morning.he said he would be back around 5 PM to fix the repairs. Mind you this I tell him repeatedly I have a family that lives in the house, We have radiator heaters that are not working, we have no hot water, we can’t cook food there. He ends up coming around 8 PM that night just to say he has to go get a part at Menards to replace the leak he calls me when he’s there and says that Menards is closed and that he’d be back the next morning to fix it. It is now march 21 and I have tried to reach out to him through text and phone call and no response I just want my stuff to get fixed I already paid him his money and he took it quickly but he can’t come back and fix my stuff quickly what he said is going to be a 10 minute replacement he can’t even come and do
