Affordable Gutters and Vinyl Siding

We hired affordable gutters to place gutters on our home in April. By July our gutters were already leaking. We are in the process of selling our home and now are having closing held up because he refuses to do a repair on the leaky gutters he just recently installed. We have called him many times, usually there’s no answer but we’ve gotten through a few times and have been put on his schedule only to be completely blown off. A no show with no call or anything.
