Customer issues were addressed and attempted to be fixed While due to issues beyond our control a missed appointment did occur When offered to remedy situation with the crew chief in town the customer refused The customer was dissatisified with furniture move and we have
offered to discount this portion nor have requested the balance of the ticket until the satisfaction level was reached We realize that it is frustrating in this very busy economy to make sure all customers are served with efficiency and respect and in this case in did not happen In contruction activites along with furniture moving mishaps can occur but a customer needs to allow ample time to allow repairs to be made She left a list of new items and before she even allow us to address them and work with the insurance of the installer she if filing this complaint There has never been a time when we have not shown concern for her issues and the fact we are not looking to collect the remaining cash due until it resolved show thsat we do not feel this job is complete I amnot understanding why a claim was filed when we are in process of attempting to work with the customer as there has not been any resistance from our company to resolve this issue
