Affordable Fence Company, Inc. has in it's possession an approximate 7.5 minute recorded conversation between [redacted], the customer that is listed on the contract, and [redacted] explicitly going over in detail the fence design as well as the fence manufacturing company. The manufacturing company as well as their web site was also given to [redacted] to view the design of fence that she had chosen. The contract, with the fence design, style and manufacture was clearly listed on the contract that was signed and approved. The customer was even shown the post that were being installed on the the day the project began. The customers husband was also informed of the fence design by [redacted] several days before the contract was signed and the project began. The husband, we are assuming that he is the husband although they have different last names, had mentioned to [redacted], our site survey employee, which job description is to get the accurate measurements and the layout of the fence that is to be installed, the day he had visited the project site the husband pointed out a post his neighbor had and ask if that is what our post looks like. [redacted] stated that he doesn't believe our ornamental iron fence does not offer that particular post design but he would need to call the office to confirm any discussion in fence styles and designs that is job was to just get the measurements and sketch the fence layout.To sum up the complaint, the exact fence design, style and manufacture that was signed for on the contract by [redacted] (our customer), discussed via a recorded phone conversation and also explained to the husband, was the exact fence that Affordable Fence Company, Inc. installed and was instructed to install on the project.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted]'s description of the events is almost entirely inaccurate.  To address the main points I will begin with his claim regarding the style of the fence.  On the day of the installation, I was unwilling to giver consent to install the product [redacted] described to me personally.  I remarked that it was not the type or style fence that I had discussed with the estimator.  At that time, [redacted] pointed to another fence across the street as an accurate representation of the product she was describing to me.  For the record, the fence across the street is almost entirely welded from fence post to fence post, the few sections which are not welded are joined by very robust machine screws.  I had viewed this fence earlier in the week while I was looking at different styles for installation.  The fence installed by the Affordable fence Company joins all sections of fence via a bolt and strap system.  I only consented to install their fence under [redacted]'s personal assurance that the fence installed would look just like the neighboring fence except for the absence of the second lower ornament railing.Regarding the conversation with [redacted]'s estimator, this is a complete fabrication.  The estimator barely said more than "uh-huh" a few times during our 90-second exchange.  I pointed out the neighbor's fence (fully welded); at no time didn't [redacted]'s representative ever indicate that the Affordable Fence Company did not install or manufacture fully welded fences.  At the day of installation I was expecting a fully welded custom fence.Overall, [redacted]'s approach to gaining my consent to install the fence was misleading.  Despite specifically saying 'no' the the product she described, she sought to install their product by convincing me that their product closely resembled a physical example I had examined.  At 100 feet, yes the two fences would look similar but the same could be said for a [redacted] resembling an [redacted] sedan.  [redacted] did not deliver the level of quality and construction she ultimately described to me. Also for the record, [redacted] is my wife and we have been married for almost four years.
