Has not issued refund over a month.
I was issued a refund of 400 for my tooth extraction since they had to refer me to a oral surgeon. I was told 5-7 days. That time had passed and I reached back to them. I called local office? They said it was corporate fault. I called the corporate office and they say it's the local office who is a franchise fault. I paid cash for my service. It's a month later and no refund.
