I'm elderly and went to this business and had to pay cash up front, $1,270.00, on February 7th, to have upper and lower partial plates made.
once made, I went in to be fitted and pick them up and they wouldn't fit right. They told me they wouldn't be able to fix them to fit right. The doctor asked me if I wanted a refund and I stated yes. When I went to the office a lady walked out and said they couldn't give me my money back. I told her that the doctor stated I could get a refund and that was my wish. She said she would call me back and I have waited a week with no word. When you call, it goes to an Indianapolis Number and no one returns your call. I will physically have to go back to the office and I have great difficulty getting around and depend on someone to take me.
