Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]As I Said In My Previous Response I attempted Several Times After the Fact To Bring My Vehicle Up thereThe First Time A Few Days After My Repair At 11:am no one was at the businessThe Next Day At 3:00pm I got the run around & was informed whoever could help me wasn’t there, and now I couldn’t leave my vehicle, but as I told him over the phone when I called the day before I first came I am not leaving my vehicle there I will bring it’s for you to view then I once the part was in I would bring my car up and wait while it was fixed I called numerous times and was ignorned left numerous voicemailsI attempted more than the average consumer to reason with this company it has been nothing but unorganized work, and excuses very unprofessional I am driving my vehicle in the winter and due to the condition of this mirror they placed on my car I have cold air seeping in at all timesI am not asking for you to pay someone else I am asking that you honor your Work order me a factory part and have it placed on my car or refund my insurance company the cost of the mirror you lacked to fix so that’s I can go somewhere elseAs I said they were paid over $700, and all they did was replace my mirror with a broken one worth less than $ Regards, [redacted] ***

Sorry she was dissatisfied. She should of brought it back to me and I stand behind my work. I can not pay for someone else to do the repairs. Im confused why didn't she just bring it back or tell me she wasn't happy and I would of fixed her issues
In response to Mrs [redacted] complaint.I recieved her car,call her insurance company got her a rental.Then started repair on her car.pulled frame and refabricated headlight brackets replaced hood bumper support,bumper bracket and passenger fender.The night before I sprayed it I called her to let her...
know she woud have to take the rental back.She tells me to stop working on it she only wanted me to look at it.I have witnesses even the one who brought her here knows we agreed to fix it and do extra repairs for free....I was supposed to get the check but she spent the money and now has spenders remorse .trying to get this for free .she brought the police here.They explained to her pay the man for his services.now I have a car she took the key cant d anything with it.I should be filling some kind of complaint myself.Hopefully we can get this solved. Poor management and customer service.
This shop replace the part but not do the repair correctly. They told me it was something else and charge me again for something else. On 5/27/15, I had the shop check out my car for some issues. Overall, they told me I needed lower control arm, outer tie rod and an alignment. A few days after the repair, I notice a weird sound and return my car back to the shop. They reported that my passenger axle was tearing my motor mount. So I returned on 6/6/15. After that repair, they told me that they only needed to change my two front motor mounts. Shortly after I received my car, the sound was still noticeable. I returned back to get another look. They reported to me that they told me that it was my struts causing that sound. They suggested that I replace my struts all around my car. I was fed up with the trouble they gave me after spending a thousand dollars in savings. The lady who was over the payments suggested that I call in the morning to talk to the owner, but after the run around I no longer trust anyone at that shop. The mechanic that worked on my car was named [redacted]. I took my car to two different people without the mention of my troubles and they confirmed that I need my control arms replaced and an alignment.Desired SettlementI would like my first repair refunded, since its was the cause of this issue.
The customer service at Affordable is non existent. I went there for car repairs. They were able to fix my issue, only to have my car stall out 1 week later. I decided it was a coincidence and I took my car back to them since I was still within my warranty limit. Affordable found the problem and fixed it , I paid on time and what ever price they stated without dispute. Four days after that repair my car stalled once again, I began to feel like I was being taken for a ride. I was still under warranty so I took it back to them once again, they have now had my car for 2 weeks. First they had my car 4 whole days before I had to call them and ask for an update. When the receptionist told me that they knew what I needed why they hadn't called to tell me, she had no response. I work 2nd shift and don't get home until 1 a.m., so it is difficult to actually talk to them in person each time. The following morning @ 8 a.m., Affordable called to ask me when I was going to bring my part or bring the funds to start work. I, haven't been sleep long enough, could not understand how Affordable thought that I had worked any details out when I informed the young lady on the prior evening, when I called them, that I was @ work and did not get off until 12 a.m. I, tired and frustrated, got out of bed and went there. I paid them a portion to start work and order part. So I was informed of a certain price and time frame for this latest repair. After 3 days I called them, once again they dropped the communication "ball", I was told over the phone that they had ordered the wrong part and had to reorder. I go up to the shop and the same young lady tells me that the part was never ordered and it should arrive in 2 days. Needless to say I am outraged@ the lack of customer communication. There aren't enough characters to say everything that happened, but ultimately the manager offered me $20 for my troubles, and I have spent $1967.32 in 2 months and they still have my car.Desired SettlementI know that they are supposed to finish the job in 1 day the part just arrived. So hopefully they will be done tomorrow. I would like the management to take customer service classes and require the rest of the staff to take them as well. They are very unprofessional in my opinion and have no concept of how to rectify a situation with a customer or how to speak. When a person is spending hard earned money, it feels very disrespectful to have your sole means of transportation pushed aside.
