Affinity Realty, specifically, Stephen D [redacted] and Joan L [redacted] , have completely mismanaged our condo property and have run our financials into the ground without much noticeThey state they do work on your behalf managing contracts but the board has to take it upon themselves to manage those contracts in order to keep costs downAffinity consistently plays the "blame game" and never takes responsibility when things go awry - as low as even going to blaming the board and blaming the people at the contracted companiesI would not recommend this management company for any condo association needs
