Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint from [redacted]. We at AIS did not take the payments in question. We have fully issued the refund and confirmed with [redacted] it has been received. [redacted] has issued one of the refunds...
in question and we have confirmed again with [redacted] that she has received this as well. The third and final refund will be completed on December 8th from [redacted] when the cancellation finalizes on her account. We have remained in contact with [redacted] to assist in this process and apologize for the misunderstanding. It takes 30 days for an account to cancel and all refunds to be generated normally. In this case we did get an exception to speed the process up on one of the refunds due to [redacted].
