You can pay $25 with Affinity and get decent cell coverage or $80 with verizon and get decent cell coverage. Long time customer. They get bad reviews from users that don't pay their own bills on time then post online complaints. They must order the cheapest free phones available and think they should work like a $500 iphone.The coverage is the same as Verizon.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. Not even an enemy. Too many problems to go into detail substandard equipment and service, horrendous customer service on the phones most of the problems have been halfway addressed by management when I've complained but there's nothing they can do about the phone itself which holds a charge all of 5 hours and is such an old model no apps besides FB will run on it. One of the biggest mistakes I've ever made.

I recently signed up for Affinity Cellular cell service sponsored by AAA. Everything was fine until they said I had to pay by allowing my credit card to be charged for my monthly billing. I told them no that I pay all bills online via my bank. I was told that I would be charged an additional$2.00 per month for that service. I said no and told them to cancel my order. They then said I could be billed via my email at no additional cost. I said ok.

The phone service and price has been great/ however, the customer service is the woist I have ever seen. The customer service is located in El Salvador and you can not get a phone number for their billing department in Iowa. I have not received a bill and cannot seem to get anyone to send me my statment so I have an address to send my payment to.

I cannot beleive that an organization like AAA would put their name sponsoring this type of service. I have been a long time AAA member and am rethinking that decesion now. I called AAA and left a message for the person in charge of handling the Affinity program for them to call me. That was a month ago and to date no phone call.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
